All vendors must register with the vendor coordinator no later then 3/1/17. All vendors are welcome to give marketing material to the vendor coordinator to put inside the registration bags.

Click Here to Download the Vendor Registration Form, which MUST be filled out and returned by 3/1/17 to reserve your spot as a vendor. No vendors will be allow in who have not been pre-registered.

 

Sponsorships

There are several ways to advertise and support the GBC. We offer sponsorships so you can place a small message in the area you sponsor.

  • Breaks sponsor - $100 - 4 Available -
    • Sponsor gets an ad on the projector,
    • signs by the refreshments,
    • mention in the program next to the break and
    • a 1/4 page size ad in the program
  • Lunch sponsor - $150 -
    • Sponsor gets an ad on the projector,
    • signs by the lunch,
    • mention in the program next to the break and
    • a 1/2 page size ad in the program
  • Name Tag sponsor - $250 -
    • Sponsor gets logo on the name tag holder,
    • a full page ad in the program and
    • a thank you message in the program for the name tag holders

 

Program Ad's

Put your ad in our program, this is a great way to get your message out if you can't attend our conference and a great way to support our conference.

  • 1/4 page ad in the program - $40
  • 1/2 page ad in the program - $60
  • Full Page ad in the program - $75
  • Back Cover of the program - $100

 

Vendor Booth

If no sponsership or program ad is being done, $50 is the cost of booth space, 2 person registration and lunch, and 2 tables, but NOT the evening soical. You can add 1 extra table for $10 and bring extra people, but you need to pay for their lunch, you can also add the cost of the evening social if you want to go. Please keep in mind, it is expected that all vendors will donate something to the conference for a raffle or door prize item.
