Other Details : We were swarmed and the bees have gone down our chimney... PLEASE HELP!!!!

I spoke with Craig this morning in our store. They live in Naples on Eelpot Rd. The bees have moved into his chimney and he has a 2 story house. They do have access to the roof from getting on top of the garage then on top of the house. It is unclear how far down the chimney they are but there are a lot of bees coming and going he said. A bee vac with a long hose will have to be used if they are close enough to the top to get them out. Otherwise they will have to be exterminated if he can't get them out. He is going to try to get them out with some Honey Harvester on a rag attached to a rope from the bottom of the chimney pulling up but it may not work. Give him a call if you think you can help him but if you don't have a bee vac then you will not be able to get them. Thanks.
